We just had the senior prom in my community.  All of the parents went over to photograph their kids at a pre-party at my neighbor’s house.  The boys looked so splendid in their tuxes.  And the girls—they were beautiful women in gowns of every hue and style.

All of us were excited to be part of this special event.  We took pictures of the kids in all different kinds of groupings.  And we will take pictures of them at their graduation in the same eager way.  We will treasure those photos when our children are away at college.  And, so will each of our kids.
